4.  Provide the name and address of the neighbors with whom you discussed this proposal.

 

5.  To the extent relevant, discuss plans for renovation of any disturbed areas of landscaping, watering system or any other infrastructure affected by the proposed alteration.

 

6.  Describe whether any city or state approval will be required and, if so, whether you have taken any steps to secure it.

 

 

7.  Describe when you would anticipate construction would commence and how long it would be estimated to take.
