The Maintenance Schedule for 2025 will be determined after an inspection of Brookside’s buildings and asphalt surfaces.  The normally published schedules are suspended until further notice, per the Board’s decision, November 18, 2024.

Grounds and Landscaping – Fall 2024

SEPTEMBER

• FERLIZE LAWN
• START FALL CLEAN-UP – RAKE LEAVES (MID TO LATE SEPTEMBER)
• CONTINUE TO TROUBLESHOOT IRRGATION SYSTEM IF NEEDED

OCTOBER

• FALL CLEAN-UP (RAKING LEAVES AND PINE NEEDLES)
• CLEAN UP STREETS
• CLOSE DOWN SPRINKLERS AND POND (BY OCTOBER 15TH)
• GUTTERS CLEANED (BACK UNITS ONLY – WEATHER PERMITTING)

NOVEMBER

• CONTINUE FALL CLEAN-UP (RAKING LEAVES)
• CONTINUE CLEANING GUTTERS IF NEEDED
• CLEAN UP STREETS
• HANG CHRISTMAS LIGHTS (BEFORE THANKSGIVING AT ENTRANCE)
