REPORTING A MAINTENANCE ISSUE
Since the HOA board is tasked with the oversight and maintenance to the building exteriors and grounds, it is important that homeowners, who see a need for maintenance, report such a need. The preferred method of reporting such issues is by submitting the easy to use Maintenance Request Form under Contact Us menu on this website.   Another way to making such a request is  by completing an on-line work order through ADEA’s resident portal at www.adeapm.com. The resident portal also allows you to schedule your monthly dues assessment or to make a one time payment. If you have not requested portal access or have difficulty accessing it you can call in your request to ADEA at (406) 728-2332 or by emailing your request to ADEA at hoa@adeapm.com.  ADEA would also be able to guide you through the process of establishing your resident portal if you have not done that yet. 

All residents are strongly encouraged to use this on-line method to alert ADEA to your request for maintenance involving landscaping, irrigation and any grounds or building maintenance requests. Please do not make requests to crew members working on site or the contractors who employ them. If you are not a computer user, you can call ADEA so that your request will be routed to the appropriate vendor for the work to be completed.
