LANDSCAPE CHANGE APPLICANT CHECKLIST

(To be used in preparing request to Grounds Committee and the Architectural Control Committee for modifications of grounds surrounding Brookside townhomes or patio homes)

1. Make initial decision on alteration or change
2. Articulate reasons why such a change is necessary
3. Prepare a sketch or illustration of proposal
4. Discuss proposal with immediate neighbors, show them the sketch and explain the reasons for the request
5. Contact member of GC to get forms/advice
6. Try to determine effects of change on water system, other infrastructure and adjacent landscaping
7. Complete application form and submit to GC with a copy to the ACC
8. Meet with GC at site to explain and answer questions
9. Provide final plans as requested by GC after preliminary approval
